• The person who books the minibus is responsible for the entire group. Any changes to the booking must be communicated to us in advance. If you’re not traveling with the group, please provide contact details of the person in charge.

• The quoted price is based on current costs at the time of the booking request. If changes are made after booking, prices may be adjusted accordingly. Quotes remain valid for 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

3. Vehicle Capacity:

• We will provide a vehicle based on the number of passengers specified during booking. If the number of passengers increases, you must inform us to ensure sufficient seating capacity.

8. Delays and Breakdowns:

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances and do not offer refunds in such cases.

9. Payment Schedule:

• A 30% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 24 days before the trip, or you may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

10. Driver Authority:

• For safety reasons, the driver has full authority during the trip. They may remove passengers or stop the trip if necessary.

12. No Smoking:

• Smoking is prohibited on all vehicles. If smoking occurs, the trip may be stopped.

13. Waiting for Delayed Arrivals:

• If your flight or boat is delayed, our driver will wait for up to 15 minutes. A 15-30 minute delay may incur additional charges. Delays over 30 minutes may impact availability due to the driver’s schedule.

14. Luggage:

• Please inform us in advance if you have excessive or oversized luggage to ensure space is available.

15. Cleaning Deposit:

• For certain events, a refundable cleaning deposit may be required. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is left excessively dirty or damaged.

• Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 15-21 days before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund, 8-14 days before for a 25% refund, and cancellations within 7 days of the trip are non-refundable.

• The make and model of your reserved vehicle may vary. We may use third-party companies to fulfill your booking as needed.

• We will attempt to return any lost items; however, we are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
